Rumeen Farhana's Facebook post regarding the BNP

Rumeen Farhana, the independent Member of Parliament for the Brahmanbaria-2 constituency, remarked that she no longer has to bear the identity of the BNP. On Sunday evening (September 27), she shared a photo card containing this statement on her Facebook account.
The text on the photo card read, "It is by the infinite mercy of Allah that I do not have to carry this tag—that is, the BNP tag." In the caption of the post, Rumeen Farhana wrote, "I swear by Allah."
Previously, in an interview, she had also spoken about her experience of parting ways with the BNP and her current political stance.
