He said this while talking to reporters at the secretariat on Sunday (August 18) in response to a question.
The issue of extortion in the road transport sector has been a longstanding problem. After the change of government, another party is now taking subscription. People have changed but extortion continues; When reporters drew attention to this, he said, "It is actually a question for the Home Affairs Advisor." Because extortion is a law and order issue. It would be better to ask him.'
In addition to the police, there are subscriptions, related people who manage - when the journalists told this information, the advisor said, road transport is a regulatory ministry. Run a bus, issue a bus license or issue a driver's license. But the contribution that employees take or pay is a matter of law and order. Because they are not supposed to take it.
