He also said that there was no discussion with the chief advisor about the advantages and disadvantages of the secretaries.
In response to a question from reporters about the officials deprived of promotion, he said, we have presented these issues to the chief advisor. We are sympathetically considering the issues of the BCS batch who were promoted in 15-16 years from the Ministry of Public Administration, who were denied promotion. We have already started the work.
He further said, we will take these matters forward in a very quick time. Those who were recommended from PSC to BCS from 28th to 42nd batch, we presented their matters to the Chief Adviser. We hope to have a solution to this by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
Stating that there was no talk about the ongoing projects, the senior secretary said that the main task now is to make the ministries, departments and departments function. The works which can be settled at the secretariat level or office level, should be settled.
He said, besides there are other issues, which will be decided on an urgent basis within seven days. We will seek decisions from him (Chief Adviser) on which decisions cannot be taken at the Ministry level.
