The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) prosecution team has received important call records of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and others involved in the student uprising and genocide. In addition, new information and evidence has also been found in the disappearance case. However, prosecutors have complained of non-cooperation in providing information to the tribunal.

On Monday, International Crimes Tribunal Prosecutor Tanvir Joha released this information. On January 7, the interim government canceled the passports of 97 accused. Of these, 22 people's passports were canceled for their involvement in the disappearance, and 75 were canceled for their connection to the July killings. Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is one of them.

Sheikh Hasina took refuge in India on August 5 under pressure from the student movement. She is currently living in India and has been charged with crimes against humanity.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry said that the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi recently sent a diplomatic note to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs to bring Sheikh Hasina back. The next step will be taken after receiving India's reply.
