Tensions are rising again in the Middle East. Iran is trying to quickly restore energy infrastructure damaged by the recent Israeli-US attacks. At the same time, US President Donald Trump has hinted at a naval blockade to pressure the country, which has made the regional situation more sensitive.

A senior official in Iran's oil ministry said that work is underway quickly to overcome the damage from the attack and that the goal is to restore at least 70 to 80 percent of production capacity within the next one to two months. Deputy Oil Minister Mohammad Sadeq Aziminifar said that part of the Lawan oil refinery could be operational within the next 10 days and the remaining units will gradually return to production.

On the other hand, the situation became more complicated after the US-Iran talks held in Islamabad ended without any agreement. Trump shared an article on his social media account Truth Social, suggesting that if Iran takes a tough stance on controlling the Strait of Hormuz, the United States could take steps like a naval blockade, which could have a major impact on global oil supplies.

Meanwhile, regional tensions have been further heightened by Hezbollah's claim of an attack. The organization announced a drone strike on a site in northern Israel and warned of continuing such attacks until the aggression stops. According to analysts, the combination of these events is increasingly destabilizing the situation in the Middle East and could turn into a larger conflict if a diplomatic solution is not found quickly.
