A dramatic incident has emerged amid the tense situation in the Middle East. Mojtaba Khamenei, who is currently believed to be at the center of the country's power, narrowly escaped death during the deadly attack in Iran.
According to reports, the main target of the joint attack by Israel and the United States on February 28 was the compound of Iran's supreme leader. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and many other top officials were killed in the attack. The intensity of the attack was such that a large part of the compound was reduced to rubble.
However, his son Mojtaba Khamenei surprisingly escaped death at that time. It is known that he left the room a few moments before the missile hit. Just a few seconds later, Israel's sophisticated 'Blue Sparrow' ballistic missile hit the building. As a result, he escaped certain death as he was far from the center of the main explosion.
In a leaked audio report, internal Iranian sources claimed that Mojtaba Khamenei was seriously injured in the attack and his family members were killed. At the same time, it was mentioned that high-ranking Iranian military and administrative officials were also severely injured.
However, there is still confusion about Mojtaba's current physical condition. There is no confirmed information from inside Iran. On the other hand, Donald Trump claimed that he had heard that Mojtaba Khamenei may be dead or in a coma due to serious injuries - although no independent confirmation of this information has yet been received.
According to analysts, the truth and consequences of this incident could have a major impact on Middle Eastern politics. In particular, it is believed that Iran's leadership structure and the balance of regional power could change again.
