Attack on Iran ‘illegal’: North Korea blames Israel and US

North Korea has strongly criticized Israel and the US over the recent military strikes on Iran. The country claims that the attack on Tehran violated international law and is seriously harming peace and stability in the Middle East.
A spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday (March 11) that it strongly condemns the military strike on Iran. According to him, Israel and the United States are deliberately raising tensions in the Middle East and such actions are destroying regional peace.
He also said that attacking or threatening the sovereign government of another country is against international principles. Such actions not only threaten the security of the region concerned, but also put global stability at risk.
Meanwhile, North Korea said that it also respects the election of Iran’s new supreme leader. The country said that the new Supreme Leader elected by the Assembly of Experts of Iran reflects the will of the Iranian people. Pyongyang has paid tribute to Mojtaba Khamenei, who was elected as the new leader.
It is worth noting that international tensions surrounding Iran have increased rapidly in recent times. On the one hand, allegations of attacks by Israel and the United States, on the other hand, Iran's military response - all this has created the fear of a new conflict in the Middle East. Various international media outlets have reported that worldwide concern about this situation is growing.
