Plank with 100 kg: Guinness World Record for Iranian Woman

An Iranian woman has entered the Guinness World Records for an extraordinary feat in strength sports. This woman, named Laleh Niknam, has recently gained recognition in the Iranian media.
According to the IRNA report, Laleh Niknam has set a world record by planking with a weight of 100 kg. Through this, she has been ranked among the best female athletes in the world. She started her sports career from the city of Barazan in the southern Iranian province of Bushehr.
Regarding her entry into the Guinness record, Laleh Niknam said, “I have been practicing hard for two years to set this record. I first registered it as a national record at the beginning of this year. Later, with the help of the Federation of Public Sports and their record committee, the matter was sent to the Guinness representative and finally it was approved.”
She said that her record is to plank with a weight of 100 kg for 1 minute and 9 seconds, which is unique in the world.
