Now Indian companies under US visa ban!

The US State Department has imposed visa bans on the owners, CEOs and senior officials of several Indian travel agencies. This information was given in an official statement on Monday local time.
The statement said that the individuals concerned knowingly facilitated illegal immigration to the United States. This activity is not only against US immigration laws, but also amounts to human trafficking.
It has been said that Indian embassies and consulates in the United States are actively working every day to prevent illegal immigration and human trafficking. This activity is being carried out in coordination with the Department of Consular Affairs and the Diplomatic Security Service.
The State Department's statement also said,
"The main goal of our immigration policy is not only to make people aware of attempts to enter the United States illegally; but also to bring those who facilitate this activity to justice. No one is above the law."
What is particularly noteworthy is that this ban may even include people under the US Visa Waiver Program. This means that Indians who can usually travel to the US easily may also fall under this restriction.
Analysts believe that this decision could be a major blow to the Indian travel and immigration industry. Especially at a time when international travel is starting to return to normal.
It is worth noting that Donald Trump has taken a tough stance against illegal immigration since taking office for the second time as president. His administration has already sent thousands of illegal immigrants back to their countries. These immigrants include Indian citizens. Recently, the incident of Indians detained in the US being put on a plane with ropes tied around their hands and waists and sent back to their country was also widely criticized in the international media.
Analysts believe that this ban could also add a new dimension to US-India diplomatic relations.
