Abdur Rahman is the new chairman of NBR

The secretary of the financial institution department of the Ministry of Finance has been appointed as the chairman of the Internal Resources Department and the National Revenue Board. Abdur Rahman Khan. Apart from this, the government has appointed new secretaries in the Public Security Department and the Ministry of Agriculture.
On Wednesday (August 14), the Ministry of Public Administration announced that Bangladesh Energy and Electricity Research Council Chairman Md. Mokabbir Hossain has been made the Senior Secretary of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Public Administration.
On the other hand, Mohammad Emdad Ullah Mian, a member of the Planning Commission (Secretary), has been given the responsibility of Agriculture Secretary.
Earlier today NBR Chairman Abu Hena. Ministry of Public Administration canceled contract appointment of Rahmatul Munim.
