Bollywood's King Khan Shah Rukh Khan, who has re-established his dominance in Bollywood with three consecutive successful films in 2023, recently spoke about his daily life and work routine in an interview with the British daily *The Guardian*. In this lengthy discussion, he mentioned his exceptional routine.
Shah Rukh said that his "night" ends at 5 am, when morning workers like Mark Wahlberg start their day. He wakes up between 9 or 10 am. He finishes shooting by 2 pm and returns home. After taking a bath, he does a short workout before going to bed. He eats only once a day.
Shah Rukh has praised his physical training and the body he has built during the pandemic. He says that he worked out during that time and built an attractive physique, which has created a new kind of interest in him among the audience four years later.
Shah Rukh Khan recently received the lifetime achievement award ‘Pardo Alla Careera’ at the 77th Locarno Film Festival. There, he spoke about his long career and contribution to Bollywood.
