Popular Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has made significant investments in real estate, alongside his successful acting career. Recently, he entered into an agreement to rent out a luxury flat in Pune, which is set to generate an income of approximately 1.75 crore Indian rupees over three years.
According to documents from CRE Matrix—a firm that analyzes real estate data—the monthly rent for Ranbir’s 6,094-square-foot flat, located in Trump Towers in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, has been set at 4,63,050 rupees. This rent is slated to increase by 5 percent annually.
The agreement, registered on October 6, will be in effect from September 20, 2026, to September 19, 2029. The property also includes three parking spaces. Ranbir originally purchased the flat in 2015 for over 11 crore rupees.
Beyond Pune, he also owns a luxury flat in the ‘Vastu’ building in Mumbai’s Pali Hill. In May of this year, the actor rented out that property for a five-year term at a monthly rate of 11 lakh rupees.
Additionally, reports have emerged regarding his purchase of land in Ayodhya for 3.31 crore rupees, as well as approximately 25 acres of land in the Mulshi area of Pune for 16.42 crore rupees.
Meanwhile, Ranbir remains busy with his acting commitments. He is currently portraying the role of Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana: Part 1’ and will also appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love & War’.
In short, the Bollywood star has established a steady stream of income through real estate investments—including flat rentals and land acquisitions—to complement his earnings from acting.
