Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has opened up about a special personal wish: the desire to become a father at the age of 60. He expressed a longing to experience fatherhood and have a child of his own at some point in his life.
Salman shared these thoughts while appearing in the premiere episode of the ninth season of Karan Johar’s popular chat show, *Koffee with Karan*. *Variety India* published a report on this on October 13.
During the show, Karan Johar asked if Salman—despite loving the time he spends with his nieces and nephews—ever felt the void of not having children of his own. In response, Salman admitted that he does indeed wish to have his own child.
The conversation also touched upon topics such as family, emotional support, and the importance of loved ones in life. However, the actor did not disclose any specific plans or a timeline regarding becoming a father.
Meanwhile, in the show's promotional clip, Karan revisited an old question regarding Salman. When asked if he was still a bachelor, Salman jokingly replied, "Control, brother, control."
Karan also spoke about the evolution of Salman’s personality, noting that the actor has become much calmer and more composed compared to the past. Salman responded by saying that the time has come for him to apply the advice he has long given to others to his own life.
Fans have long been curious about Salman Khan’s marriage and personal life. By expressing his desire to become a father, the Bollywood star has added a new dimension to that ongoing conversation.
