Aamir Khan, known as Bollywood's 'Mr. Perfectionist', said that he usually does not attend test screenings or pre-release shows of other filmmakers. Because, he cannot hide it if he does not like a film.
Aamir recently revealed this habit in a masterclass. He said that he often does not go to test screenings of other films because he cannot hide the truth.
Aamir Khan said that if he does not like a film, his reaction comes out on his face. As a result, he does not feel comfortable giving false praise.
Talking about the 'test screening' method that is now common in Bollywood as well as Hollywood, he said that he has been using this method for his films for many years. Since the time of the 1988 film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak', he has been giving importance to the feedback of the audience.
He also said that he organizes multiple focus screenings of his films to understand the opinions of the audience. Sometimes More than 20 screenings are also held to identify the weak points of the film.
However, despite being so focused on his own work, he said that it is difficult for him to attend test screenings of other people's films. According to him, expressing his opinion directly can sometimes create embarrassing situations.
Aamir Khan's comments have once again brought to the fore his open and honest personality, which has given him a different identity in Bollywood.
