People think I'm looking for a husband when I travel abroad: Payal

Popular Kolkata actress Payal Sarkar is 40 years old, but she is not married yet. That's why there is no shortage of interest among her fans about her marriage. In a recent interview, Payal said that when she goes abroad, many people think she is looking for a husband. The actress said, "I went to America to receive an award and posted pictures on social media. Then many people assumed that I was looking for a husband!"
In this regard, she further said, "People are so interested in the personal life of an actress that no one talks about my work. That's why it seems that the modern thinking of Bengalis is getting lost somewhere."
Regarding love and marriage, Payal further said, "Kamalda (director Kamleshwar Mukherjee) once told me, 'If you want to build a career, you can't get married quickly.'" However, Payal said in her statement that she is looking for someone in life who will fully support her in her career. “A real man will never want to keep his partner behind, but will always put him ahead,” she says.
Payal says she has not found her soulmate yet, but “she will know in due time”. Earlier, there were rumours that she was going to marry an expatriate, but she has rubbished the rumours and said, “She will marry a Kolkata boy.”
Payal is currently working on four films. Out of these, she has completed the work on ‘The Academy of Fine Arts’ and is currently busy with ‘Bishn’, ‘Ekhane Bangak’ and ‘Apanjan’.
