Popular singer Tahsan Khan started a new chapter in his life at the beginning of the year. The news of their happy life spread to everyone after marrying makeup artist Roza Ahmed. Immediately after the wedding, they went to the Maldives for their honeymoon, and after returning, the singer set foot in the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox's Bazar.
On Friday, Tahsan posted some photos on his Facebook page, where he highlighted the moments of visiting the Rohingya refugee camp. But the question arose, why did Tahsan go to the Rohingya refugee camp? He himself gave the answer to this question in the caption of the photo.
Tahsan said, "Yesterday I visited the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox's Bazar. A few weeks ago, hundreds of refugee camps were damaged in a terrible fire here. Visiting the scene after that tragic accident was an experience. I was very inspired to hear the stories of the rescue work from the firefighters and volunteers."
Tahsan is a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations refugee agency, and in that capacity he visited the Rohingya refugee camp. “In a matter of weeks, people have emerged from the rubble and started a new life,” he said. “The help of humanitarian organizations and the patience of refugees always inspires me.”
Tahsan’s wife, Roza Ahmed, has been working as a bridal makeup artist in New York for over two years. Last year, they decided to get married, and the wedding took place in a family ceremony on January 4.
