Samantha is completely bedridden due to illness!

Popular actress of South Indian cinema Samantha Ruth Prabhu has fallen ill again. After suffering from a disease called myositis in 2022, she had recovered and returned to work after a long period of treatment. But now she has been overcome by chikungunya, as a result of which the actress is currently bedridden.

Samantha herself shared the news of her illness on social media. She said that her joints are not the same as before and she is feeling severe pain all over her body. However, although she is physically weak, she is mentally strong. She is taking regular medicine as per the doctor's advice and is getting adequate rest. She is also currently undergoing 'red light therapy'.

Although she is somewhat happy to have taken a temporary break from physical exercise due to illness, she wants to recover quickly and return to work. Because she has many important tasks at hand.
