Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan age has not touched him. He is still shaking the screen with the enthusiasm of youth. He celebrated his 59th birthday on November 2 this year. He still has a strong interest in keeping his body fit and attractive to maintain his reputation. And Anuj asked an actor for advice on this. He is none other than Bollywood's young sensation Tiger Shroff.
Recently asked Tiger Shroff on social media without any inertia to know the correct exercise rules. Shah Rukh, who used to smoke 100 cigarettes a day, said goodbye to smoking. The Bollywood king is doing gym every day and has also changed his diet.
Actor Tiger Shroff, son of Jackie Shroff, wished Shahrukh on social media on his birthday on November 2. Thanking Tiger, Shah Rukh wrote, 'I've been keeping an eye on my muscles. I will contact you very soon. I have to take tips from you about exercise.

Incidentally, Shahrukh Khan's birthday means a flood of fans outside his home Mannat. Adoration of fans with placards, flowers, cakes. Same scene on 59th birthday. Every time on Eid and birthday, he regularly goes up to the roof of Mannat and meets his fans. In the past three decades, this tradition has not been missed except during the Corona epidemic!
However, he broke the tradition on his birthday this year. King Khan celebrated his birthday not on the roof of Mannat, but privately with his fans. No such pomp. Arrived in plain clothes. As soon as he got on the stage, it was as if the fans who had been waiting all day were relieved. He also danced on that occasion.
Various glimpses of the program have been revealed from King Khan's fan club. On that occasion, a Shah Rukh fan came from China to Mumbai to meet him. It is known that daughter Suhana has organized a special birthday party for her father.
