Two men fight over a woman in Jessore

A scene unfolded in the courtyard of the Kotwali police station in Jessore this afternoon, which in the eyes of many has rivaled the plot of a movie. The incident was so dramatic that passers-by were saying in surprise—“Is this a police station or a fairground?”

A woman named Seema Adhikari was at the center. On one side was her experienced husband of 36 years of marriage, Vikas Adhikari, and on the other side was her new lover, Palash Kundu. A fight began surrounding Seema Devi. Vikas Adhikari said in a firm voice, “I will take my wife back home by any means.” On the other hand, Palash Kundu countered, “No, she wants to be with me.
