Matiur Rahman, the former officer of NBR, is going to retire.
The former official of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) discussed in the goat incident. Matiur Rahman is retiring. He will retire on August 29.
This information was informed in a notification issued by the Internal Resources Department (Customs-1 Branch) of the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday (July 31). Deputy Secretary Makima Begum signed the notification by order of the President.
