Rabeya Islam Sampa, the wife of martyr Sharif Osman bin Hadi, posted an emotional post on Facebook demanding justice for the murder of the deceased. The status posted at 2:40 pm on Wednesday (January 14) quickly spread on social media and created widespread discussion.
In the Facebook post, Sampa asked, "Will the trial of Osman Hadi's murder be held at all?" At the same time, she asked why the Inqilab Manch is not calling for any program on this issue yet. She wrote, "The thought that there will be no trial cannot be brought to mind and justice must be ensured at any cost." She also commented that if there is no trial, revolutionary heroes like Osman Hadi will not be born in the future.
Expressing disappointment over the delay in the trial process, Sampa wrote, "Everyone concerned knows why there is such a delay." He quoted a statement by martyr Osman Hadi and said, "The struggle is long and the life of a believer means a struggle. He called for continuing this struggle for justice." In the post, Sampa also highlighted Osman Hadi's personal feelings about the Inqilab Manch. He wrote that Osman Hadi considered the Inqilab Manch as his first child and selflessly stood by the workers of the organization. Finally, citing a statement by martyr Osman Hadi, he wrote, "Where slavery is the unshakable destiny of the land, fighting is the best worship there." There is a huge response on social media demanding justice based on this post.
