Founder President of Krishak Sramik Jantalig Bangbir Abdul Quader Siddiqui Bir Uttam said that if Maulana Bhasani was not born, we would not be citizens of Bangladesh today. If Maulana Bhasani was not born, Pakistan would not have existed, Bangladesh would not have existed without Pakistan. Without Bangladesh, we would not be in this situation today.

On Sunday (November 17) morning, he spoke to reporters after visiting the shrine of Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhasani, an oppressed public leader, on the occasion of his 48th death anniversary.

Kader Siddiqui said, recently there has been a drastic change in Bangladesh. But if one wants to change by discarding the past, then one is living in the heaven of ego. Two days later they will also be like this. People expected a lot but in the last three months we did not get the results as expected. I request those who are running the government to consider the people of the country. Power is not permanent for anyone. Even for those who arrived today, it is not permanent. So think about the people of the country. Respect the people of the country. Respect the past. Try to run the state with due respect to those who have contributed to this country.

He also said that the people of this country want democracy, they want voting rights, the main reason for such a disgraceful fall of Sheikh Hasina is that she did not respect people's voting rights. As a result, it has been and continues to be disenfranchised for a long time, which will not do much good for those who are now disenfranchised. This is my belief.

Sanwar Hossain Sajib, general secretary of Sakhipur Upazila Krishak Sramik Janata League, along with leaders and activists of various levels of the party were present at the time.
