I can't accept the way Metrorail has destroyed it: Prime Minister

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina cannot accept the manner in which the attackers destroyed the metro rail. He said that the countrymen should stand against those who are destroying the development that the government is doing.
He said these things while visiting the Mirpur-10 metro rail station which was damaged during the quota movement on Thursday (July 25) morning. At this time, he also said that those who have committed this violence should be judged by the people of the country. And the Prime Minister urged the public to come forward to stop the vandals.
The Prime Minister said that it will be ensured that common people can reach the workplace without any problems. Efforts will be made to make the country financially prosperous. It cannot be failed that this country has been freed by people's blood.
Regretfully, Sheikh Hasina said, what kind of mentality is it to destroy the structures that make people's lives easier? Although Dhaka city is stuck in traffic jam, metro rail has given relief. I cannot believe that modern technology has destroyed this transport like this.
Those who destroyed the country's wealth will be judged: Prime Minister
It should be noted that last Friday there was an attack on Mirpur-10 and Kazipara stations of Metrorail. CCTV cameras, LED monitors, ticket machines were vandalized at various places. Many valuable things are looted.
Later, the metro rail authority made a committee to estimate the amount of damage. They said that it may take at least a year for the affected Mirpur-10 and Kazipara stations to be operational.
A general diary has been made in Mirpur and Kafrul police stations in connection with the violence. The authorities of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) also said that a case will be filed after the report of the investigation committee.
