International Crimes Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Advocate Tajul Islam said that evidence of RAB firing from helicopters during the mass uprising in July-August has been found. The court has issued an arrest warrant against former RAB Director General Harun Or Rashid in a murder case in this incident.

The Chief Prosecutor presented this information while talking to reporters on Sunday afternoon. He said, "So far, arrest warrants have been issued against 96 people. Among them, the number of former ministers, Awami League leaders and police officers is high."

In addition, two former policemen, SI Abdul Malek and Constable Mukul Chokder, have been produced before the International Crimes Tribunal in a case filed in connection with the burning of the bodies of six people in Ashulia during the movement. They have been charged with shooting and burning the body after the murder.

Earlier, the tribunal issued arrest warrants against former MP Saiful Islam and four police officers in the same case.
