A new 31-member executive committee has been formed by the Nofel (Noakhali, Feni and Lakshmipur) District Student Welfare Forum, an organization of students from the greater Noakhali region studying at the Islamic University (IU). Mahmudul Hasan Fahim, a student of the Department of Da'wah and Islamic Studies for the 2019-20 academic year, has been nominated as the president and Abdullah Nur Minhaj, a student of the Department of Al Hadith and Islamic Studies for the 2020-21 academic year, has been nominated as the general secretary.
The committee was formed on Tuesday (November 26) with the approval of the organization's four advisors. The new committee will serve for the next one year.
The other members of the committee are - Vice-President Ahsan Habib Rana, Safwanur Rahman, Tanvir Trishan, Kamrul Islam and Sultan Mahmud Mustakim. Newly nominated President Mahmudul Hasan Fahim said, I am sincerely grateful to the Nofel Student Welfare Forum for trusting me.
