It is being called protest of recruiters to hide the main incident. Now there is no recruitment process going on.

The nameplates of six halls were vandalized
Several teachers and officials of the university said that immediately after Sheikh Hasina's resignation, some outside miscreants came to the campus and broke the nameplates in front of six of the seven halls. Miscreants tore down the nameplates of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall, Fazilatunnessa Mujib Hall, Abdus Samad Azad Hall, Humayun Rashid Chowdhury Hall, Shah MS Kibria Hall and Suhasini Das Hall. However, the name plaque of Shahparan (Rah.) Hall is intact.
According to the same source, during the previous BNP four-party coalition government, the university had three halls namely Zia Hall, Saifur Rahman Hall and Durre Samad Hall. Later, soon after the Awami League government came to power, these names were changed as Humayun Rashid Chowdhury Hall, Shah AMS Kibria Hall and Suhasini Das Hall respectively. Due to this, many teachers said that the name plates of the halls named during the Awami League government may have been demolished.
